The Registration:

• Register your organization first, and you will receive an email with the registration number.
• Use the registration number to access the platform.
• Choose either a test or training.

Tests:

• The test fee is QR 50 per person per test.
• Candidates for the test must be filled in individually.
• Each test candidate must have taken at least one training course in food handling.  Therefore, a certificate of attendance must be uploaded.
• The test is mandatory for everyone. (For those who have not attended any “food handling” training beforehand, a training option is available)
• The test requires physical attendance at the Qatar Chamber
• The time and date of the exam will be sent to your institution.
• The passing score in the exam is a minimum of 60%.
• Those who have not passed the test must be re-tested by re-registering for a new exam with a new fee.
• All candidates will be placed on exam dates and times as per availability. If you need to distribute your employees in batches, you should send an email asking for it fhp@qcci.org .
• The results of the examination will be sent to the registered representative in our database (what was provided in the initial registration of the organization)

Training:

• Course fees ….  QR per person per test.
  • Option 1: training venue hosted in house 150 Qr. Per person
  • Option 2: Training venue at training center 200Qr. per person
• The training option for candidates must be filled out individually.
• Once the required number of attendees is met, the course will be selected and the date and time will be provided.
• All attendees will be provided with a certificate of attendance from the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
• A certificate of attendance will be offered to those who attend 80% of the course hours.
• Once the training is completed, the organization must proceed with the above testing process
• The test can be conducted remotely or in person as available.

License:

• The license issuance fee is Q. 50 .
• The license will only be granted to those who have achieved a passing score on the exam (60% and above).
• The license is subject to all applicable laws and conditions of the State of Qatar.

يجب أن يكون كل مرشح للاختبار قد حصل على دورة تدريبية واحدة على الأقل في التعامل مع الأغذية.  وعليه يجب تحميل شهادة حضور الدورة.

الاختبار إلزامي للجميع. (بالنسبة لأولئك الذين لم يحضروا  اي تدريب “التعامل الغذائي” مسبق ، يتوفر خيار التدريب)

يتطلب الاختبار الحضور الفعلي إلى غرفة قطر

سيتم إرسال وقت وتاريخ الامتحان إلى مؤسستك.

درجة النجاح في الامتحان 60٪ كحد أدنى.

يجب إعادة الاختبار للذين لم يجتازوا من خلال إعادة التسجيل لامتحان جديد برسوم جديدة.

سيتم وضع جميع المرشحين في تواريخ وأوقات الامتحانات حسب المتوفر. إذا كنت بحاجة إلى توزيع موظفيك على دفعات ، فيجب عليك إرسال بريد إلكتروني يطلب ذلك fhp@qcci.org .

سيتم إرسال نتائج الامتحان إلى الممثل المسجل في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بنا (ما تم توفيره في التسجيل الأولي للمنظمة)

التدريب:

رسوم الدورة التدريبية  ….  ر.ق. للفرد لكل اختبار.

الاختيار الأول: يتم التدريب في نفس منشأة الجهة المتقدمة 150ر.ق. للشخص
الاختيار الثاني: يتم التدريب في مركز التدريب 200ر.ق. للشخص

يجب أن يتم ملء خيار التدريب للمرشحين فردا فردا.

بمجرد استيفاء العدد المطلوب من الحضور ، سيتم تحديد الدورة التدريبية وسيتم توفير التاريخ والوقت.

سيتم تزويد جميع الحضور بشهادة حضور من غرفة تجارة وصناعة قطر.

سيتم تقديم شهادة حضور التدريب لأولئك الذين يحضرون 80 %  من ساعات الدورة.

بمجرد الانتهاء من التدريب ، يجب على المنظمة المضي قدما في عملية الاختبار المذكورة أعلاه

يمكن اجراء الاختبار عن بُعد أو حضورياً وفق المتاح.

الرخصة:

رسوم اصدار الرخصة هي Q. 50 .

سيتم منح الترخيص فقط لأولئك الذين حققوا درجة النجاح في الامتحان (60% فما فوق).

تخضع الرخصة لجميع قوانين والشروط المعمول بها في دولة قطر.

Food Handling Certification Program is an optional choice is available for preparation to the Food Handling certification license exam. It is an online live training course.

Training Course date and timing will be scheduled once minimum number of participants is achieved.

Once training date and time is confirmed, all participants will be notified accordingly.

Terms & Conditions

Dear Trainee,

We welcome you to our list of trainees for the training courses offered by the Qatar Chamber.

To enable us to provide you with the best service, you are kindly requested to review the list of terms and conditions for the training courses and tests of the ‘Food Handlers Program’, and to approve them before completing the registration steps, within the framework of regulating rights and duties:-

First: Training

1. For each course/test, a minimum and maximum number of participants for the training program, according to which the participants are distributed in the chosen training centre.
2. The fees paid for courses and exams are not refundable or exchangeable, and it is not allowed to postpone any date on which the registration has been made.
3. The participant is fully responsible for the validity of data provided via the registration platform.
4. Qatar Chamber is committed to providing the appropriate training services to you, providing the training material, whether printed or electronic, according to the nature of the program and organising lectures on the announced dates, which are notified to you.
5. Any modification in the dates of the training programs shall be in emergency cases only and in coordination with the trainees.
6. To ensure attending the training course and obtaining the attendance certificate, each trainee must complete his registration file and his data on the registration platform.
7. The trainee is not entitled to obtain a certificate of attendance at the training course in any of the following cases:
8. Not attending of 100% of the total training program hours.
9. Not paying the full expenses of the training program.
10. Not completing the data or not providing a clear copy of the trainee’s ID.

Second: Test

• The applicant may start registering for the test if he/she has completed a training course in the field of food handling, according to the following conditions:
• • The course must be accredited or delivered by any of the following:
    • HACCP
    • ISO 22000 / 22001 standard
    • GMP
    • FSSC2001
    • From a facility that owns one of the previous certificates

• A license for food handling is issued upon completion of the course, passing the test, and paying the license fee.
