The second General Assembly Meeting (GAM) of Qatar Chamber (QC), will be held virtually on Wednesday March 3 regardless of the number of attendees.
QC Chairman HE Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al-Thani will preside over the meeting which will be held at 12 p.m. through video conferencing in adherence with the precautionary measures taken to curb the outbreak of coronavirus.
The registration for attending the meeting will start at 8 am on March 3 through the Chamber’s website via the link: https://www.qatarchamber.com/qcgam1-2021/
After registration, each member will receive a link to follow up and participate in the meeting
The meeting’s agenda includes reviewing the report of the board of director on the activities of the Chamber in 2020. It also includes discussing the QC’s fiscal report for 2020 through the auditor’s report on the final accounts and the statement of income and expenses for the year.
It will also see approving the estimated budget for the fiscal year 2021 and appointing a new auditor for the 2021 financial year.
