Qatar Chamber’s Board Member and Chairperson of Qatari Businesswomen Forum, Ebtihaj Al Ahmadani, inaugurated the fourth edition of ‘Merwad Exhibition’ at the Qatar National Convention Center (QNCC).
Sponsored by Qatar Chamber and organised by Vouge Event Company, the five-day expo displays products of a number of designers from Qatar and the GCC, includes 126 stalls of clothes, accessories, perfumes and women’s item.
Following the inauguration ceremony, Al Ahmadani toured the expo’s stalls, which displayed innovative items of Qatari designers and designers of other countries.
Exhibitors informed her on their latest designs in fashion and women accessories.
In a press statement, she praised the expo development year after year in terms of number of participants, area and variety of displayed items, as well as the stunning creation in displayed items. She stressed the Qatar Chamber’s interest in providing support for businesswomen and entrepreneurs, as well as fairs displaying their businesses and products.
Al Ahmadani also praised the role played by the Qatari businesswomen Forum in enhancing the contribution of Qatari businesswomen in the economic activity.
On her part, Manager of Vogue Event Company Tamader al Marri expressed thanking to Qatar Chamber for sponsoring the expo and to Al Ahmadani for the inauguration.
